Job summary

Hospital to Home LLC is seeking a compassionate Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our Mobile Integrated Healthcare team. You will provide basic life support (BLS), safe patient transport, and assist in delivering high-quality care across settings—from hospitals to patient homes.

We value patient advocacy, teamwork, and safe driving. Must hold EMT certification and CPR; valid driver’s license; ability to lift and assist patients; shift flexibility including days, nights, weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires EMT certification and current CPR (BLS).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift and move patients and equipment safely.
• Experience in EMS or patient transport is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic life support and safe patient transport.
• Assist Paramedics and healthcare staff during assessments and treatments.
• Respond promptly to medical transports and patient assessments.
• Operate ambulances safely and maintain equipment.
• Document care provided accurately in records.
