Job summary

Motive Energy is seeking an Ultra Care Technician to water, clean, perform minor repairs, and maintain electric batteries and chargers, with strong focus on timely, courteous service. You will work with little supervision, showing honesty, dependability and good time management in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, communicating with customers and management, operating company vehicles safely, and maintaining equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with shop and hand tools preferred.
• Forklift experience and/or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• To perform this job successfully an individual must be able perform each duty:
• Ensure work orders are properly filled out
• Convey information professionally to the proper contact at the customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle, keep in good working order, and maintain accountability for vehicle's inventory
• Operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner while commuting
• Maintain outstanding communication with Service and Management on customer issues
• Maintain and account for all company assigned property
• Maintain valid drivers license and record clean
• Practice safety and good housekeeping at customer site
• Represent Motive Energy professionally
• PPE is required and will be provided
• Experience with shop and hand tools
• Forklift experience and/or certification
• Define problems and draw conclusions on repairs
• Critical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision making
• Deal with difficult situations and maintain a positive attitude
• Prioritize and multitask between service calls
• Be detail oriented in administrative tasks
