Barkbus is hiring Pet Stylists in Santa Ana for premium mobile grooming services. You’ll perform all aspects of grooming and deliver a stress-free, luxury experience for every pup, supported by a groomer-first culture.

About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Deliver premium 1-on-1 care, performing all aspects of grooming: bathing, cutting, shaving and trimming.
• Operate independently within our state-of-the-art Hanvey grooming vans.
• Prioritize safety and quality while maintaining a manageable daily schedule.
• Select from various shift types to best fit your personal schedule.

Role Requirements

• 1+ years of professional grooming experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable interacting with customers/pet parents
• Comfortable using smart phones (device provided!)
• Ability to safely lift and handle dogs up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to safely guide or maneuver dogs up to 100 lbs with the use of the van’s equipment (e.g., lift, grooming table)

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

Pay & Bonuses

• $28 - $38/hour (base pay plus tips)
• Weekly bonus potential of up to $225
• Weekly payroll
