Job summary

National Fleet Management is expanding its mobile service operations in the Southeast, building two-technician teams with two fully equipped service trucks per market. The goal is to deliver fast, professional, and reliable on-site service to fleet customers.

As part of a two-person team, you will diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks, perform maintenance, and own your service truck, customer relationships, and territory.

Qualifications

• Strong heavy-duty diesel diagnostic and repair skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a two-person team from day one.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency roadside repairs.
• Build long-term relationships with fleet customers.
• Take ownership of your service truck, customers, and territory.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and deliver quality repairs.
• Help establish and grow a brand-new mobile service operation.
