Job summary
OTC Fleet Services is seeking a Mobile Diesel Technician to support our fleet customers across Lancaster, York, and Berks County. You will diagnose and repair commercial vehicles in field-based, customer-site settings, using a company service vehicle and tablet software.
The role emphasizes independence, consistent workload, and a structured mobile service division. Experience with diesel and electrical diagnostics is required, with competitive hourly pay and benefits available.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a technician.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to pass DOT physical.
- Must provide own hand tools.
- Strong experience with diesel, gas, and/or equipment repair.
- State Inspection License (preferred or required depending on role).
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel, gas, and LP vehicles including Class 8 trucks.
- Perform preventative maintenance and advanced electrical diagnostics.
- Conduct hydraulic repairs and roadside service.
- Complete work orders using Fullbay; maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
