Job summary

Ryder System is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Diesel Mechanic to keep our transportation fleet safe, reliable, and on the road. In this field-based role, you’ll perform mobile diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on diesel trucks and trailers at customer and Ryder locations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting engine, brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems, completing PMIs, responding to breakdowns, and documenting all work in maintenance systems.

Qualifications

• Experience performing mobile diagnostics and repairs on diesel trucks.
• Ability to troubleshoot engine, brake, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Willingness to work in field-based roles at customer sites.
