Role Description

This full-time, on-site Mobile Diesel Technician role is based in Dallas, TX and involves traveling to customer locations to diagnose and repair diesel trucks and related equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and scheduled services to keep vehicles in safe working condition. The technician will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, complete repairs, and document all work performed in a clear and accurate manner. The technician will also maintain tools, follow safety protocols, adhere to company standards, and coordinate with the shop and dispatch team as needed.

• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide a professional on-site experience.
• Relevant experience as a diesel or heavy truck technician, preferably in a mobile or field-service environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple service calls.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, braking systems, suspensions, and basic diagnostic tools and software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate service vehicles safely.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in diesel technology is preferred.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and using personal protective equipment as required.
