Job summary

All Fleet Inc is seeking Diesel Mechanics and Truck Technicians to join our growing team. We specialize in mobile truck repair and trailer breakdown service, supporting large fleets nationwide.

You will diagnose diesel engines, inspect suspensions, test drive, perform repairs, and keep clear service records. We offer $25–$50 per hour (based on experience), commission, paid weekly, and an immediate benefits package (health, dental, vision), plus 401K and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of a vehicle, its electrical system, and the mechanisms of a diesel engine.
• In-depth knowledge of diesel engine components and operational mechanisms.
• Superior knowledge of maintenance tools and repair equipment.
• Comfortable using mechanical and electrical power tools.
• Must Have Tools.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Must pass Drug Test, MVR, and DOT Physical.
• Availability / Dependability.
• 2nd to none service for our customers.
• Professional Appearance and workmanship.

Because of this, we’re seeking reliable, trustworthy, and experienced Diesel Engine technicians to help us keep up with our growth.

Responsibilities of the Diesel Mechanic / Truck Technician

• Run diagnostic tests on diesel engines
• Inspect vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering, and exhausts
• Test Drive vehicles to gauge performance
• Repairing or replacing vehicle transmissions, brakes, engines, and other parts
• Maintain records of parts inventory and service vehicles
