Job summary

All Fleet Inc is hiring Diesel Mechanics and Truck Technicians to service semi-trucks, trailers, and related systems. You will diagnose, repair, and test vehicles, keeping detailed service records while working with a company that offers mobile on-site support across our region.

The role requires knowledge of suspensions, steering, exhaust, brakes, electrical systems, and the ability to pass DOT-related checks. Tools are required, and the job includes 24/7 shifts and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of semi-trucks and trailers.
• Experience with maintenance tools and repair equipment.
• Comfort with both mechanical and electrical tools.
• You’ll need to have your own tools.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to pass a Drug Test, MVR, and DOT Physical.
• A strong commitment to great customer service.
• Professionalism and a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility: 24/7, 365 days a year, with varying shifts and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues on semi-trucks, trailers, and more.
• Check out vehicle systems like suspensions, steering, and exhausts.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure everything’s running smoothly.
• Fix or replace parts like lights, brakes, air systems, tires, and electrical components.
• Keep detailed records of parts and services.
