Job summary

3MD Inc. seeks a Mobile Device Administrator I to manage mobile device management policies and support platforms across customer environments. The role involves updating policies, deploying software updates, and assisting pre-sales architects to onboard technologies.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in mobile technology, strong AD/Windows knowledge, and hands-on experience with multiple MDM tools. This on-site position offers collaboration across teams and a focus on enterprise mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Mobile Technology
• Experience with multiple MDM platforms (2+ platforms)
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and AD concepts
• Solid communication and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Review and update mobile device management policies
• Coordinate platform maintenance, disaster recovery, and software release activities
• Monitor capacity and stability of systems
• Assist with application health and server metrics collection
• Integrate MDM platforms with customer environments
• Provide support for IOS/Android devices and services
• Document configurations and SOPs
• Lead cross-team coordination for deployments
