HealthDrive Corporation is seeking a Mobile Dentist to work part-time (2 days per week) in the Corpus Christi, TX market. The role includes providing routine preventive care and restorative treatments to residents of nursing homes and long-term care facilities, supported by a dental assistant.

You will determine your preferred patient load to balance income with work-life harmony, traveling to care sites with a mobile practice setup and driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

HealthDrive is seeking a Mobile Dentist to work part-time, 2 days per week, in Geriatric Dental Care covering the Corpus Christi, TX market. We provide you with a highly‑skilled Dental Assistant and $800 minimum per day along with the flexible stability everyone dreams of for their career.

Our dentists are positioned to provide the utmost in patient‑centered care, while receiving white‑glove concierge support from our seasoned dentist provider support team, based in Framingham, Massachusetts.

As a dentist with HealthDrive, we hand you a practice. From there you will provide routine preventive examinations, restorative care, extractions, denture fabrications, relines, and repairs to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long‑term care facilities in a mobile fashion. You will guide us on your desired number of patients per day to maximize your income or achieve perfect work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and regular dental care.
• Provide traditional daily patient care, including examinations, restorative treatments, routine extractions, denture fabrications, and repairs.
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation in our proprietary electronic medical record system.
• Apply proper coding guidelines and populate appropriate billing codes for services provided to patients.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment.

Qualifications

• Dental background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of dental care.
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to use EMR, text, email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare‑related software.
• Self‑starter attitude with a desire to deliver quality, thoughtful, and attentive care.

Physical Requirements for Dentists

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift.
• Ability to transport mobile dental equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.).
• MAY occasionally be required to transport patients in wheelchairs.

Education & Qualifications

• D.D.S or D.M.D.
• Current state professional license.
• Valid driver’s license.

Travel

This is a mobile position. Daily travel is based on the patient care requirements for the specified service area. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive significant distances on occasion are required.
