Job summary

Suncoast CHC is seeking a Mobile Dental Driver to operate and maintain dental mobile units across various outreach locations in Florida. The role demands safe vehicle operation, strict adherence to DOT rules, and strong coordination with program staff and partners.

The ideal candidate will hold a Florida CDL with an excellent driving record, have 2+ years of relevant experience, and possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to support clinical teams and patients

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid Florida CDL License with excellent driving record.
Familiarity with DOT rules and regulations.
At least two years related experience required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate and maintain mobile units in compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues.
Coordinate with program staff for timely arrival and setup at locations.
Assist with loading/unloading and setting up equipment at outreach sites.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mobile unit and restock supplies.
Support events with crowd management, patient registration, and data entry as needed.
Maintain logs of mileage, maintenance, and program activities.
Serve as liaison with community partners at outreach sites.
Adhere to safety protocols and secure equipment during transport.
