Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Dental Assistants to join our mobile dental team serving U.S. military service members in New York.

You will perform exams, treatments, and bitewing and panoramic X-rays in a mobile clinic environment, with weekend work and occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis. Qualified applicants hold NY CDA/RDA/EDDA/EFDA and radiology certifications, CPR/BLS, and are comfortable with four-handed chairside assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant Certification in NY (CDA/RDA/EDDA/EFDA).
• Active Radiology Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Comfortable with 4-handed chair-side assisting.
• Experience with sterilization.
• Experience with basic administrative functions.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services in a mobile environment.
• Provide Digital x-Rays (BW & PANO).
• Provide sterilization of instruments.
