Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to support military service members with dental exams, treatments, and X-rays in mobile exam rooms and operatories. You will help ensure deployment readiness and provide chair-side assistance for a range of procedures.

Candidates should have an active CDA/RDA/EDDA/EFDA and Radiology Certification, CPR/BLS, and be available for weekend shifts with occasional weekdays. Base access and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and Radiology Certification in Alaska; CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled in 4-handed dentistry and digital tools; prior military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental care in mobile exam rooms and operatories to ensure deployment readiness.
• Capture digital X-rays (BW & PANO) and handle instrument sterilization.
• Perform chair-side assistance and basic administrative duties as needed.
