Access Dental Care | Durham is seeking a compassionate full-time Dental Assistant II (DAII) to support our mission-driven mobile dental team, delivering care to geriatric patients and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across multiple sites.

The role emphasizes four-handed dentistry, digital radiographs, coronal polishing, sterilization, patient education, inventory management, and operating room credentialing as needed; a valid driver's license and active DAII

Qualifications

• DAII credential required and active.
• Driver’s license required to drive mobile units.
• Hospital credentialing eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and hygienists in four-handed dentistry.
• Take radiographs and perform coronal polishing.
• Sterilize instruments and manage supplies.
• Drive mobile dental units between care locations and maintain hospital credentials for OR procedures.
