Job summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our team in Crestwood, IL. This role serves seniors by bringing dental care directly to the community in a mobile outpatient setting.

Key tasks include chairside assisting, sterilization, equipment setup, charting, and patient support. The position is 1–2 days per week, 8am–4:30pm, with no nights or weekends. Compensation starts at $26/hour with travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred.
• Certified/Registered Dental Assistant required.
• Active Radiation Certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and infection control procedures.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift and transport dental equipment (25–50 lbs).
• Must pass a federal background check and drug screening.
• Professional, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside for general dentistry.
• Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment.
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported, and informed.
• Complete basic documentation, charting and administrative tasks.
• Represent CMC with professionalism and reliability.
