Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support military members in mobile dental units. You will perform exams, treatments, and X-rays to keep service members deployment-ready, while assisting chair-side and handling basic admin tasks.

Active CDA/RDA/EDDA/EFDA and radiology certification (Alaska) plus CPR/BLS are required; weekend availability is preferred. Eligibility for base entry and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA) and Radiology Certification in Alaska, CPR/BLS.
• Skilled in 4-handed dentistry and proficient with digital tools; prior military experience preferred.
• Eligibility for base entry; background check and drug screening will be conducted.
• Availability on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental care in mobile exam rooms and operatories, ensuring deployment-ready members.
• Capture digital X-rays (BW & PANO) and handle instrument sterilization.
• Perform chair-side assistance and basic administrative duties as needed.
