Enable Dental, Inc. is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our mobile clinical team in the Pico Rivera area. You will support dentists and hygienists, prepare patients, capture imaging, and assist with cleanings in a dynamic, on-the-road setting.

This role emphasizes safety, documentation, patient education, and adaptability as you travel to multiple patient communities in a company vehicle, delivering high-quality care daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Active State Level Dental Assistant Certification required.
• At least one year of dental office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable and valued.
• Capture digital imaging and develop high-quality X-rays for diagnosis.
• Assist in cleanings and preventive treatments to support oral wellness.
• Maintain rigorous safety standards and precise records for top-tier care.
• Transport and set up mobile equipment at each location.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and oral hygiene.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As a Dental Assistant, you are the heart of our mobile clinical team. Working side-by-side with our Dentists and Hygienists, you'll provide life-changing care in a dynamic environment. Your day will be filled with variety and purpose as you:

• Be the Friendly Face – Warmly prepare patients for procedures, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and valued.
• Capture the Details – Utilize digital imaging to take and develop high-quality X-rays critical for patient diagnosis.
• Promote Oral Wellness – Assist in cleanings and preventive treatments that keep our patients smiling longer.
• Maintain Clinical Excellence – Uphold rigorous safety standards and keep precise records to ensure top-tier care coordination.
• Master the Mobile Lab – Take charge of transporting and setting up our innovative mobile equipment at each new location.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education, Training & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum Active State Level Dental Assistant Certification
• At least one year of experience working in a dental setting (preferred)

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Requirements:

• Willing & able to lift and transport dental equipment & supplies
• Must be comfortable driving a minivan for mobile visits

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive hour rate ranging from$30.00-32.00/hr.
