Job summary

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a dependable Dealership Inventory Specialist to service automotive dealerships across Concord, Walnut Creek, and surrounding areas. This structured, field-based role requires driving between locations, visiting assigned dealerships, and keeping online vehicle inventories accurate by capturing photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.

No professional photography experience is required; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
Reliable vehicle required.
Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred.
Automotive, warehouse, construction, delivery, landscaping, or similar experience preferred.
Comfortable walking dealer lots and performing physical tasks outdoors.
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Travel to assigned automotive dealership locations using your own reliable vehicle.
Locate vehicles and keys throughout dealership lots.
Prepare vehicles and move them into designated photo areas when needed.
Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.
Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicles, keys, and inventory updates.
Identify and resolve common issues that may come up during your route.
Complete assigned dealership routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day.
Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at every dealership.
