Job summary

iMind Health LLC in Lanham, MD is hiring a Licensed Therapist to join our Child and Adolescent Services (MRSS). The role involves mobile crisis response in schools and community settings, and short-term stabilization through therapy and care coordination for youths aged 5–17.

The position offers $70,000–$90,000 per year, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a flexible schedule. Company vehicle provided for travel within Prince George's County; no weekends or on-call for this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Maryland license in good standing: LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
• Experience providing clinical services to children/adolescents and families.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Crisis Response (School/Community-Based): on-site assessment, de-escalation, safety planning, and clinical intervention.
• Stabilization Services (Up to 120 Days): short-term therapy and care coordination.
• Care Coordination and Referrals: connect to community resources and internal/external referrals.
• Documentation and Professional Practice: accurate timely documentation and adherence to standards.
