Job summary

Benchmark Human Services is hiring for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our Blended Mobile Crisis team in Georgia. This full-time position leads crisis response efforts, supports staff, and coordinates with IDT to deliver crisis services in the community.

The role offers nights with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule, competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT or LPC.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Willingness to flex schedule to provide services.
• Maintain applicable licenses, training, or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite crisis team leader.
• Respond immediately when dispatched on crisis responses and supervise staff.
• Follow up with individuals' IDT to ensure adherence to crisis-service recommendations.
• Provide information to the mobile crisis team.
• Facilitate referrals quickly to prevent escalation of crisis.
• Maintain record keeping and CIS system integration; assist reimbursement processes.
