Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as crane operator or truck crane operator.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must read and speak English well to communicate with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic cranes safely for heavy lifting and transport.
• Maintain personal safety and safety of co-workers.
• Follow safety culture and procedures; participate in safety meetings.
• Inspect lifting gear and ensure loads are within equipment limits.
• Coordinate with riggers via radio or hand signals during lifts.
