Job summary

Allegiance Crane & Equipment in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a full-time crane operator to join a growing team. You will operate a fleet of hydraulic cranes, ensuring safe lifts and proper rigging while adhering to DOT requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Class A or B CDL, NCCCO certification, and 5+ years of experience with Liebherr, Demag, Linkbelt, or Tadano cranes. Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• NCCCO small and large hydraulic crane certification required.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of crane.
• Manage slings, cables, straps, and the crane before lifting operations.
• Ensure lifts are within load limits and correctly rigged.
• Operate crane to hoist materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safe operation of crane
• Responsible for slings, cables, straps, and the crane prior to lifting operations
• Assures that all lifts are within load limits of equipment and correctly rigged
• Operates crane to hoist materials and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have Class A or B CDL
• Strong focus and attention to safety
• Positive attitude & team spirit
• NCCCO small and large hydraulic crane certification required
• 5 plus years experience with Liebherr, Demag, Linkbelt, and/or Tadano AT cranes preferred.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays as needed
• Must be able to read and speak English.

Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, stoop, twist, crawl, climb, squat, kneel and move about equipment at varying heights. Some heavy physical effort required. Must be able to lift to 75 lb. Will regularly be exposed to noise, heat, dust, and fumes around repair facility and/or job sites. Extreme weather conditions possible, at times. Must be able to drive a commercial vehicle for extended periods of time. Must always maintain DOT medical certification.
