Job summary

BC Tech Pro, located in Tupelo, Mississippi, is seeking a Computer Field Technician to perform hardware repairs and installations on-site. This role requires prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation for daily local travel.

You will interface with customers and handle varying call volumes while completing online certifications during onboarding. Pay is per call with a flexible schedule primarily from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
• Visit multiple work sites throughout the day for on-site services.
• Log into the tech portal daily to code calls and map out routes.

Skills

Hands-on experience with laptops and desktops

Valid driver's license

Comfortable with daily local travel
