Qualifications

• Prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware repairs and installations required.
• Comfortable with variable call volume, typically 2-5 calls per day.
• Must log into the tech portal by 9 am to manage daily calls.

Responsibilities

• Complete hardware repairs and installations on site at customer locations.
• Manage the daily schedule by logging calls and mapping routes.
• Collect parts from assigned Fed Ex or UPS locations before starting each day.
