Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
• Log into your tech portal each morning by 9 am to code calls and map routes.
• Visit multiple customer sites to complete services.
• Pick up and drop off parts at assigned Fed Ex or UPS store.
