A leading tech service provider is seeking a Computer Field Technician to perform on-site hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops across various locations. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience and a reliable vehicle. This role operates on a 1099 basis, where pay is based on the number of service calls completed. Technicians are expected to be available during weekdays and will receive necessary certifications as part of onboarding. Join our team if you prefer working in the field over being desk-bound.

Formación

• Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable with daily local travel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
• Complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of onboarding.
• Confirm service times with the customer using the tech portal.
• Pickup and drop off parts using designated stores.

Conocimientos

Experience with laptop hardware

Experience with desktop hardware

Comfortable with daily local travel
