Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Chillicothe, OH, seeks a Community Behavioral Health Worker to join the ACT team. You will conduct home and community-based behavioral health services, provide vocational supports, and connect clients with resources to improve daily functioning.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to Medicaid guidelines, and delivering person-centered care in diverse settings within Southeastern and Central Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health-related field preferred.
• Three years of relevant experience in behavioral health or employment services.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for field work.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals in exploring work, education, and daily roles.
• Provide vocational assessments, job development, coaching, and follow-along supports.
• Build relationships with employers and partners to identify opportunities.
• Educate clients on how employment affects benefits (SSI/SSDI, Medicaid).
• Deliver behavioral health and case management in homes, workplaces, and communities.
