Job summary

Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee & Kona Ice is hiring for a flexible, event-based role in Central Texas. The position involves mobile unit operations, serving drinks, and engaging with communities at schools, festivals, and local events.

Training provided to operate Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee and Kona Ice units. Shifts begin and end at the West, TX warehouse, with 20+ hours weekly and potential for more during busy events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Report to West, TX warehouse for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Drive mobile units to events in Central Texas.
• Set up and run events independently once trained.
• Prep, stock, clean, and organize the truck.
• Handle orders and payments accurately.
• Solve problems and keep things moving when plans change.
• Cross-train and work events with Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee and Kona Ice.
