Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Recent home health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Technologically savvy.
• Available on weekdays during regular business hours.
• Must have been involved in direct patient care within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Vitals and measurements during study visits.
• Assess changes in signs, symptoms and medications.
• Collection of Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) and specimens as needed.
• Study documentation and travel between patient sites.
