Job summary

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a Research Nurse (Per Diem) on Oahu, Hawaii. The role involves direct patient-focused clinical services in home and clinic settings, with adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating visits, data collection, medication handling, and patient recruitment support. Requires an RN with 2+ years' post-qualification experience and GCP familiarity; hourly rate $45–$55.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
• GCP certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Experience in clinical trials and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with trial protocol, CRFs/eCRF, SOPs and study timelines.
• Communicate with RNPM, site staff and PI to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs and data protection rules.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and other required meetings.
• Coordinate subject visits and data collection per protocol and SOPs.
• Administer trial medication and manage storage/transfer of meds.
• Package and dispatch samples with courier coordination.
• Assist in identifying eligible patients and support recruitment.
• Report adverse events to site team and RNPM with follow-up as needed.
• Report misconduct or fraud as applicable.
