Job summary

Illingworth Research Group is seeking a Research Nurse for a per diem, independent contractor role in Vernon, BC. The nurse will manage trial procedures, ensure protocol adherence, and maintain precise documentation while coordinating with project teams and site staff.

Eligibility includes RN with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience and GCP certification. Venepuncture and ECG skills are preferred, with the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience.
• GCP certification.
• Knowledge of research design and methodology desirable.
• Venepuncture and ECG experience preferable.
• Ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Fully conversant with trial protocol, CRFs/eCRF and timelines to enable day-to-day running of the trial.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and site staff to ensure smooth flow of information.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and other client-facing meetings as required.
