• Experience in adult behavioral health and case management.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and case management services to adults 18+.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans.
• Triage emergencies and coordinate care with partners.
• Drive and operate the Mobile Medical Unit and ensure supplies.
• Document client information per policy and attend supervision.
