Merakey is seeking a full-time Mobile Certified Recovery Specialist for the Adult Behavioral Health program in Philadelphia, PA. The CRS will support clients on MAT/MMT and non-MAT services within Kensington and Parkside locations, including transportation to treatment services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Certified as a Recovery Specialist (CRS) in Pennsylvania.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license required.
• One year experience working with persons in recovery (PIR) preferred.
• Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) will be considered, provided CRS certification obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

Merakey is launching a pioneering Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in the Kensington area of Philadelphia -one of the city's most impacted neighborhoods by addiction and homelessness. This initiative embeds urgent, compassionate care directly into the community, offering services like substance use treatment (including Methadone), primary care, crisis response, and court support.

Position Details

The Mobile Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) will provide recovery support services for clients receiving Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT), and non-MAT services. This role involves working within Kensington, Philadelphia community and between the Parkside brick and mortar programs which include client engagement and transportation to treatment services.
