GYMGUYZ Belleville & Metro East St. Louis is seeking a Mobile Certified Personal Trainer to deliver innovative training sessions at clients' homes and businesses. This role offers the chance to work flexibly while collaborating with a supportive team that values integrity and excellence.

As a personal trainer, you'll design personalized programs using our app, ensuring clients achieve their fitness goals. We are looking for certified trainers who have a passion for motivation and client success while also promoting the brand's core values.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.).
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Experience using mobile and web apps to manage sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $30 - $45 per hour + performance bonuses
• Schedule: Flexible (part-time to full-time)

• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Manage your schedule efficiently
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins

What You Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• CPR/AED certification (required)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
• Experience using mobile and web apps (e.g., Mindbody, Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
