Job summary

Carter BloodCare seeks a Mobile Driver for Tyler, TX. You will operate the mobile coach at blood drives, greet donors, and help manage donor flow while ensuring safety and compliance.

This flexible/PRN position requires a valid CDL and clean driving record, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to travel across North, Central and East Texas as needed. Regular shifts, including some weekends, may be required.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY

The Mobile Driver works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Mobile Collections, Operations Coordinator, and the Mobile Supervisor. This position is responsible for driving the mobile coach to and from blood drives, greeting donors, and assisting with donor flow.

A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (as specified in the current Vehicle Safety Loss Control Guidelines), including a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), are required. Regular travel between assigned work areas to support other locations in North, Central and East Texas is required.

The Mobile Driver exemplifies and champions Carter BloodCare (CBC) Core Values and Code of Conduct. This position attends meetings and training sessions, as required, to support ongoing development and organizational goals.

This position may require working varying shifts, extended hours, weekends, and/or overtime to support operational needs. Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.
