Requirements Summary

Provado Mobile Healthcare provides $1 million in primary commercial liability insurance while health plan members are in the vehicle (however you are required to carry your own personal auto insurance as well). Mobile CarePros must consent to drug screening, background‑checks and to have their driving records reviewed. Mobile CarePros are subject to a zero‑tolerance drug policy. It is the responsibility of the Mobile CarePro to keep their driver's license, insurance and registration up‑to‑date and valid.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Own a clean, mid‑size 4‑door vehicle (or larger) in good cosmetic and operating condition. The vehicle must pass a Provado inspection.
• Have a clean driving record with no more than one violation or at‑fault accident within the last three years. No DUI or suspension within the last five years.
• Be able to pass a drug screen including marijuana.
• Be able to pass a complete criminal background check. No felonies or misdemeanors within the last seven years.

Network Onboarding Requirements

• Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or be willing to obtain one).
• Complete and pass a complimentary CPR certification course (30 to 90 minutes).
• Complete and pass a complimentary CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training course (30 to 90 minutes).
• Complete and pass a complimentary NSC's Driver Safety Course online (2–3 hours).
