PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Branch Banker in Birmingham, AL to grow the retail customer base through proactive outbound sales outside the branch.

You will connect clients with PNC partners to meet financial goals and build a strong pipeline for branch and partner referrals. You will represent PNC at events, onboard new clients, and educate customers on technology options while traveling to multiple locations daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in branch banking, sales, or related financial services.
• Associates or equivalent degree typically accepted when no bachelor’s required.
• Background checks required per CFPB regulations; safe driving record may be needed.

Creates customer loyalty and grows customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.* Sells the bank's products and services to existing and prospective clients outside of branch in non-PNC locations, demonstrating how PNC can help them achieve their financial goals. Identifies and independently acts upon sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales goals. Responsible for establishing connections between clients and PNC partners (ie. PNC Investment, PNC Mortgage, and other consumer loan solutions) based on clients' financial needs and goals.* Grows customer household relationships through onboarding new clients and building a strong pipeline of appointments for branch and PNC partners. Demonstrates value for customers to achieve greater financial well-being by driving deep needs-based conversations.* Creates an exceptional customer experience at events in a variety of external locations to drive desired acquisition, customer loyalty and increased share of wallet.
