Coffee Memorial Blood Center Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead a field-based team, ensuring a welcoming donor experience and safe, efficient blood drives.

You will supervise, coach, and work hands-on, traveling to blood drive locations and modeling excellent service while developing others into their best selves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
• Healthcare or medical experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to drive coach vehicles.
• Ability to provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations.
• Ability to lift, bend, and reach up to 40 lbs.

Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience to include shift differential and holiday pay; tenure bonuses; employee referral bonuses
