Job summary

Travelin' Tom's Coffee hires a Mobile Barista to bring a premium coffee experience directly to events via our mobile trucks. You’ll serve hot, iced, and blended drinks, greet customers, and contribute to a fun, high-energy atmosphere.

No formal barista experience required; training provided. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license if driving, and enjoy working a dynamic, venue-hopping schedule with weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving).
• Experience as a barista or in food service is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, basic math, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible scheduling including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft premium beverages for events and on-site serving.
• Deliver exceptional, friendly service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with truck setup, stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing between events.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately on the POS system.
• Safely drive the mobile truck to events when required.
• Represent the brand with energy, professionalism and positivity.
