Position summary

Demonstrating how PNC can help clients achieve their financial goals. Identifies and independently acts upon sales opportunities to meet sales targets. Responsible for connecting clients with PNC services (e.g., Investment, Mortgage, consumer loans) based on their financial needs.

Builds customer relationships through onboarding new clients and maintaining a pipeline of appointments for branch and PNC partners. Engages in needs-based conversations to enhance financial well-being.

Creates an exceptional customer experience at events in external locations to drive acquisition, loyalty, and share of wallet. Plans ongoing on-site client events to strengthen relationships.

Educates customers on PNC capabilities and technology options.

For sales at non-PNC locations: Reliable vehicle transportation and ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required.

Qualifications
