Marsden Services is seeking a Bank Janitorial Floater (high-travel role) in Grand Rapids/Lansing. This role requires you to drive to multiple bank locations across Michigan, with evenings shift 5:00 PM–2:00 AM or later, and full-time status.

You will perform high-security cleaning, manage supplies, and operate independently at various sites, often as the only person on site with keys and alarm codes. A reliable vehicle and strong safety focus are essential.

Formación

• Must have reliable, insured vehicle for daily long-distance travel across the Metro area.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive in Michigan winters, rain, and heavy construction traffic.
• Background check is mandatory due to handling keys and alarm codes for financial institutions.
• Schedule varies; shifts involve travel between sites across Michigan.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to last-minute call-outs by driving to bank branches across Michigan counties.
• Efficiently manage travel between sites as assigned.
• Perform high-security cleaning including sanitizing ATMs, teller lines, glass partitions, and private offices.
• Work independently at multiple locations, often alone with keys and alarm code.
• Keep vehicle stocked with essential cleaning kits to be ready for any site.
• Restroom, break room care; floor maintenance; waste management; surface cleaning; sanitization; inventory of supplies.
