Job summary

Instant Car Fix LLC is seeking a Mobile Automotive Technician in Nashville, TN. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles at customers’ locations, using the latest diagnostics tools and mobile service equipment to deliver high-quality, on-site service.

This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay ranging from $50 to $80 per hour. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, ASE certifications, a clean license, and a customer-first mindset to build

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree in automotive technology or related field preferred.
• ASE certifications highly valued; Master Technician status a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic equipment and repair software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced tools and software
• Execute a wide range of repairs, from routine maintenance to complex system overhauls
• Conduct pre-purchase inspections and provide detailed reports to potential buyers
