Key Responsibilities:

• As a Quality Assurance Practitioner you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance programs to monitor performance and compliance of processes procedures and policies.
• You will collaborate with global quality process improvement and delivery teams to assess knowledge support learning needs and contribute to the development of quality methodologies and processes.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
• Apply deep expertise to enhance quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of specific quality assurance deliverables and support less experienced colleagues in their development.
• Collaborate proactively with cross functional teams to influence and shape testing strategies and outcomes.
• Analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions that improve overall project quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to the refinement of quality methodologies by sharing insights and best practices across teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience
• Proficient in Mobile app test automation, preferably Appium or Selenium
• Mobile app automation development experience
• Proficient in Java programming
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead initiatives to completion
• Role requires onsite client work 3 days per week
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Functional Test Automation
• Advanced proficiency in Java Programming Language Mobile Testing and Selenium
