Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of automotive repair and maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance services at the dealership and remote locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with various makes and models of vehicles.
• Inform customers of vehicle issues and recommended repairs in a clear and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Meet productivity and efficiency goals set by the dealership.
• Accurately complete repair orders and documentation.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met.
