Elitek Vehicle Services, an LKQ company, is seeking motivated automotive technicians to join our team. You will work with cutting-edge remote diagnostic technologies and perform bumper-to-bumper repairs, including OEM programming and ADAS calibrations, while developing strong customer relationships across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant certification.
• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with new customers to increase market share.
• Proficient use of diagnostic equipment and automotive services.
• Strong time management and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for repairs.
• Drive a Company vehicle safely.
• Perform bumper-to-bumper repairs, including OEM programming, ADAS calibrations, and diagnostics.
• Develop relationships with new customers and maintain existing ones.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Compensation $78,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

Essential Job Duties:

• Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for any mechanical or electronic repairs services needed.
• Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents.
• Perform bumper to bumper mechanical and electrical repairs, including OEM software programing, ADAS calibrations and diagnostics.
• Develop relationships with new customers and provide a high level of service to existing customers to maintain customer relationships.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma and relevant certification.
• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with new customers to increase market share.
• Proficient use of a variety of automotive services and diagnostic equipment.
• Possess and display a strong and healthy work ethic.
• Must have strong time management skills and be detailed-oriented.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:

The employee must occasionally lift up to 75 pounds. Work in a shop environment including heat and loud noise. Requires sitting for relatively long periods of time, while driving. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and/or extreme heat. Should be able to tolerate high and low temperature levels and occasional climate driving conditions. Some positions in this classification may involve operating a motor vehicle for work-related duties. Employees assigned driving responsibilities must meet all applicable eligibility and safety requirements.
