Job summary

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking an Automotive Paint Repair Technician to perform bumper and panel painting, blending, touch-up, and headlight work in a fast-paced, on-site mobile dealership setting. The role requires hands-on paint expertise and a strong eye for detail, with customer-focused service as a priority.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of automotive paint experience, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Automotive paint experience REQUIRED.
• Must be willing to work in an On-site mobile dealership environment.
• Excellent communication and organization are essential.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to background checks and drug screening.
• Able to adapt in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Bumper and panel painting.
• Spot panel blend and clear blending.
• Paint touch-up and chip repair.
• Minor cosmetic repairs and body damage repair.
• Headlight reconditioning.
• Dupont / Spies experience preferred but not required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
