Job summary

Hillman Group in Denver, Colorado is seeking an energetic Product Ambassador to represent our Mobile Automotive Key services at retail locations and events. This entry-level role focuses on educating customers, generating leads, and promoting key replacement and programming services.

You will work with Home Depot, dealerships and community partners, schedule typically 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday, and you will gain sales, marketing, customer service, and business development

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote Hillman's automotive key replacement and programming services at retail locations.
• Engage customers and educate them on available products and services.
• Create awareness through product demonstrations and customer interactions.
• Generate qualified sales leads for the Mobile Locksmith and Sales teams.
• Support local events, retail promotions, and community outreach activities.
• Build relationships with customers and business partners.
• Assist customers with basic vehicle information gathering (year, make, model).
• Represent the Hillman brand in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to leadership.
• Help drive customer traffic and service appointments.
