Job summary

Caliber Auto Glass in Northern Virginia is seeking a Mobile Auto Glass Technician to perform windshield and glass replacements and repairs with a focus on quality and customer service. You will complete pre- and post-inspections, document work on a mobile device, and ensure proper installation while maintaining safety standards.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, overtime eligibility, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunities for growth through industry training with I-CAR and ASE.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21+ years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive glass replacement following quality standards and safety practices.
• Repair damaged glass as needed per job requirements.
• Complete pre- and post-inspections with the customer.
• Document repair orders on a mobile device during service.
• Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without damage.
• Prioritize tasks and manage daily workload in a fast-paced environment.
