Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an automotive glass technician to perform replacement and repairs on damaged glass in a fast-paced shop setting in West Pittsburg, PA. You will follow quality standards, complete pre- and post-inspections with customers, document repair orders on a mobile device, and manage time to finish daily tasks efficiently while handling trim panels and interior parts carefully.

Candidates should be reliable, able to pass background and MVR checks, and bring basic collision repair

Qualifications

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Replacement of automotive glass by following quality standards and ability to perform repairs on damaged glass.
• Complete a pre and post inspection with customer.
• May utilize various tools and scanning equipment.
• Complete documentation of repair orders on mobile device.
• Ability to remove and install trim panels & interior parts without damaging.
• Effectively prioritize and manage your time to complete assigned daily tasks.
